One account across four domains
The route and permission contract are documented, but no approved OIDC/OAuth provider, cross-domain token service, MFA, recovery, or production user store is configured.
Adult opt-in dating and connection
Safety, age, consent, location, moderation, and product requirements are published. Profile collection and matching remain disabled until identity, staffed safety operations, and protected storage exist.
Text, voice, and video community
No signaling, TURN/SFU provider, moderation pipeline, consent recording, or media-storage authority is configured; camera and microphone permissions remain denied.
Ask DEADHEAD generative assistant
The live Jam Scout performs private on-device retrieval only. A permission-aware generative service needs an approved model key, retrieval index, budgets, moderation, privacy boundaries, and evaluations.
Ticket-provider adapters and alerts
Verified official event links are live. Inventory, price, availability, affiliate, webhook, and alert claims remain off until each provider grants lawful access.
Protected staff console
Public moderation APIs exist, but staff identity, MFA, RBAC, audit logs, dashboards, and protected operational routes are not configured.
Push and multi-channel alerts
The service worker handles updates and notification clicks, but there is no VAPID key, subscription service, consent store, background sync, or configured email provider.
Transactional email and private CRM mirroring
The bounded server adapters exist, but RESEND_API_KEY and HUBSPOT_PRIVATE_APP_TOKEN are not configured; public HubSpot form delivery remains the live contact path.

Every provider has a separate deep-link, discovery, and inventory status.
Verified official event exits are allowed. Inventory, prices, fees, availability, affiliate tracking, and sync stay disabled until the provider grants the exact lawful access required.

There is no configured identity provider, account store, R2 upload store, AI model key, TURN/SFU service, VAPID key, private HubSpot token, transactional email key, ticket-provider credential, or protected staff identity in this release. Those systems require separate implementation, backup, migration, security, legal, and operational evidence.
