Optional analytics

HubSpot account 6544713 loads only after a visitor chooses “Allow.” Essential navigation, PWA, themes, and public content work without it. Campaign parameters may be retained locally for attribution after consent.

Contact form

The dedicated contact page loads HubSpot's form service so the form can operate. Details submitted there are sent to the BISTRO BUDDY HubSpot account for routing and follow-up; optional audience analytics remains a separate consent choice.

Community submissions

Forms collect the name, email, and content necessary to review a submission. Emails are not published. New reviews, comments, ticket requests, and editorial submissions begin in a pending moderation state.

Ticket-pilot limits

Do not submit barcodes, order numbers, passwords, payment-card data, government IDs, or private account credentials. The pilot records matching intent only; it does not hold funds or guarantee tickets.

Public display

Only approved display name, rating or listing fields, and submitted public text may appear. Moderators may reject, trim, redact, or request clarification.

Vendor and external links

External stores, archives, venues, ticket sources, and media hosts control their own privacy, pricing, rights, and terms. Deadhead Vending is not the seller of record.
